Functional training maximizes movements utilizing your entire body rather than isolating one muscle at a time on a machine. This helps ensure you are not only burning fat, toning and gaining muscle but also that your body is performing at peak performance outside of your one-hour session which reduces unnecessary injuries and allows you to feel great every day.

With in-home training you train for 60-minutes and don’t waste another minute driving, changing or chatting with others. Typically this will save you about 13 hours a month. If you have a demanding job or a busy lifestyle, that’s a lot of precious time.
