Functional training is the style in which we believe is the most advantageous to reaching any fitness goal. What is functional training? Functional training utilizes movements performed in our daily lives in the form of weight bearing exercise. Implementing total body exercises not only burns more calories but also trains your body to work and move at it's peak efficiency. This is why we feel strongly that sitting and isolating a single muscle on a machine in a gym will never measure up.
